It is necessary to submit the following information:

- degree (Prof., Assoc. Prof, Assistant, PhD Student, Student, NDT Degree);
- member of BG S NDT (Yes, No);
- place of work (organization/company);
- address and VAT number of the organization;
- phone and e-mail for contact;
- type of participation - oral presentation / poster / firm presentation / in the exhibition / without paper;
- name of the talk in English and in original language (Bulgarian or Russian if the talk is not in English);
- author(s) name(s);
- abstract on English.
